Surrounded by lush landscaping and elegant design, the atmosphere felt worlds away from the bustling casino floor. Comfortable loungers, attentive service, and a relaxed yet sophisticated ambiance made it easy to spend entire afternoons soaking up the sun.

It was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the resort at a different pace.

Mornings at La Fontaine

Each day began with a visit to La Fontaine, Fontainebleau’s elegant café and bakery.

Whether stopping in for coffee or settling in for brunch, the experience felt polished yet approachable. Fresh pastries, expertly prepared coffee, and a bright, welcoming atmosphere made it a favorite morning ritual throughout my stay.

It’s exactly the kind of venue that encourages lingering just a little longer before heading out to enjoy the rest of the resort.

Cantina Contramar

The standout culinary experience of my trip was undoubtedly Cantina Contramar.

Created by renowned Mexico City chef Gabriela Cámara, the restaurant brings the vibrant flavors and spirit of her iconic Contramar to Las Vegas in spectacular fashion.

Every dish felt both elevated and approachable, showcasing fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and impeccable execution. From bright seafood preparations to rich, deeply layered flavors, every bite was memorable. Combined with exceptional cocktails and attentive service, the experience was easily one of the best meals I’ve enjoyed all year.

The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between sophistication and celebration, making it an essential reservation for anyone visiting Fontainebleau.

Chyna Club

Equally impressive was dinner at Chyna Club.

The restaurant blends glamour, energy, and modern interpretations of Chinese cuisine into a dining experience that feels distinctly Las Vegas while maintaining a strong culinary identity. The dramatic design, lively atmosphere, and expertly crafted menu create an experience that is both entertaining and refined.

It’s the kind of restaurant where dinner naturally stretches into a full evening, and every detail contributes to the overall sense of occasion.

Cocktails at Collins

As day transitioned into evening, Collins quickly became one of my favorite places to unwind.

The cocktail program is thoughtful and expertly executed, while the atmosphere captures everything people love about Las Vegas nightlife without ever feeling overwhelming. Whether gathering with friends or enjoying a quieter moment before dinner, it provides the perfect setting for a sophisticated nightcap.
